Formerly with Unilever, he managed factories and R&D, achieving top factory rankings in Asia AMET. Holding a Chemical Engineering degree from ITB and coaching certifications, he has dedicated over 110 hours to coaching 82+ professionals , emphasizing ethics and professionalism.
